SOME NOTES ABOUT OUR RUNCORN HYPNOTIST
OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE
When you have seen our Runcorn hypnotherapist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.
Runcorn Hypnotherapy AfterCare
This comes with three years of counselling support. Phone the helpdesk the day after your session to talk through how it’s going, and whether you need more help. If you need to come back to our Runcorn hypnotist again, we can arrange that.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Here is a very small taster from the book. If you are going to come to our hypnotherapist in Runcorn, it’s a good idea to read some sample pages first.
….. No, but we’ll come back to that. We see worse diets than this, much worse. We see people whose daily diet is putting them at risk of death, and I promise I am not exaggerating. The most common risk we see, though, is of diabetes. So here’s what’s wrong with this patient’s diet, even before she stops smoking:
Almost all breakfast cereals are heavily laced with sugar. Ready-made muesli is especially bad. This much sugar first thing is bad news. Breakfast should always include protein. It doesn’t have to be a lot; a boiled egg, some peanut butter on toast, some real muesli with nuts and seeds as well as fruit will do.
Coffee and a cigarette will do nothing but compound the damage done by the sugar in the cereal. And full-fat milk, please, and if you don’t know why look it up somewhere.
White bread has no nutritional value and just pushes the sugar level up. When you’re eating a sandwich all white bread does is stop you getting mustard on your fingers. And one important word here – salad. I don’t want to see you eating any sandwich without lashings of green stuff in it. Why? Because a sandwich should be a balanced meal, and a meal without green stuff is not balanced.
