NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP SMOKING
Sometimes, people come to us not to stop smoking but for smoking reduction. It’s a choice they make, and we publish a book on reduction. ‘No, You Don’t Have to Stop Smoking’ will be of interest even if you do want to stop completely. Why not take a look at it before you visit our Wetherby hypnotist. Here is a taster to get you started.
….. Just so you know, in the next chapter, having kept the diary for three days you are going to analyse what you have written. Don’t worry if you can’t think how to do that at this stage, because you don’t need to. I am going to be going through it with you, each step of the way, so you will know exactly what you are doing. And then, in the chapter after that, you are going to use your analysis to dramatically change your smoking habit. That is what this is about – the diary helps you to analyse your smoking, and the analysis enables you to not smoke the cigarettes you don’t at all need to be smoking. I promise you this works. I have seen it work time and time again, and I love the way smokers react to it, with surprise, but also with tremendous pleasure.
So, to recap, cutting down your smoking is not, definitely not, about trying not to smoke. It is about re-programming yourself to smoke differently, and doing that is inevitably going to result, without you even really trying, in you smoking less. A lot less. Perhaps as few as five cigarettes a day. Watch and learn.
