Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Bridlington hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
The nearest service at the present time is either our Hull or York acupuncture branch.
We hope to bring AM to East Yorkshire by the end of 2017.

When you have seen our Bridlington hypnotherapist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.

If you need one we will arrange a second session with our Bridlington hypnotist. And our AfterCare service will be looking after you for three years. Call the helpdesk the day after your hypnosis; we will check it’s all going well, and give any advice that’s needed. The number is 01200 40 50 22.

NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP SMOKING
Sometimes, people come to us not to stop smoking but for smoking reduction. It’s a choice they make, and we publish a book on reduction. ‘No, You Don’t Have to Stop Smoking’ will be of interest even if you do want to stop completely. Why not take a look at it before you visit our Bridlington hypnosis branch. Here is a taster to get you started.

So the threshold, below which you will go into withdrawal, is about four cigarettes a day, depending on a number of factors like your bodyweight, the amount of exercise you take and your diet, especially your fluid intake. For the purpose of this book and the accompanying plan, we round that up to five a day, which is why it’s called The Five-a-Day Plan.
And now you know why addiction, which is critically important when you stop smoking, is completely unimportant when you are simply going to cut down. You are not going to be trying to go past the addiction threshold, so you are not going to be challenging your addiction. You are in fact going to leave it well alone. This means that your addiction cannot prevent you becoming a light smoker. If you were hoping to use it as an excuse for not controlling your smoking, sorry but I have now destroyed any possibility of you getting away with that.
