OR CALL OUR NATIONAL HELPLINE ON 01200 40 50 22
Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Wrexham hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
This is an inclusive fee. It provides three treatments, which we have always found is enough to stop smoking completely.
We hope to bring AM to north Wales by the end of 2017.

NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP SMOKING
We help people to stop smoking, but we also help heavy smokers to become light smokers – IF THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT. We have a book on this subject, and there are lots of pages you can read for free. You might like to do this before you come to our Wrexham hypnosis or acupuncture branch. Here is a tiny taster.
….. Before you decide about reducing your smoking, it may be that I need to convince you this is a good idea. I shouldn’t have to do this, because it seems to me self evident. If you don’t need convincing, you can skip this chapter, but even if you don’t need convincing I suspect what I’ve got to say here will help to motivate you, so on second thoughts don’t skip this chapter.
Before we look at why smoking less is a good idea, let’s look at why anyone would suggest it isn’t, and by anyone I don’t just mean smokers or ex-smokers, I include people in the smoking cessation profession, or people peripherally connected with it, like GPs, who should all know better. Telling a smoker they should not reduce the amount they smoke is criminal negligence (well it would be if I ruled the world, anyway).
