Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Pontypridd hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.

When you have seen our Pontypridd hypnotherapist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.

NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP SMOKING
We help people to stop smoking, but we also help heavy smokers to become light smokers – IF THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT. We have a book on this subject, and there are lots of pages you can read for free. You might be interested to do this before you come to our Pontypridd hypnosis branch. Here is a taster.
….. In this part I am going to show you:
1. That smoking fewer cigarettes is a good thing
2 . That it is not only possible to cut down, but it is also rather easy, once you accept the point of doing it.
3 . That even if you don’t keep it down it doesn’t matter, because at any time you can get the number down again.
4 . That because you are not going to stop smoking there is nothing to be afraid of.
5 . And that because you don’t even have to set a hard-and-fast target for how many you are going to be smoking, there is going to be no possibility of failure.
Now look, before we even start on this whole project, I want you to accept defeat. Let me explain. You have almost certainly tried to stop smoking before now, in all probability more than once. Maybe you succeeded for a while and started again. I want you to ask yourself this question – while you weren’t smoking were you happy about that? I’m guessing the answer is yes (I’ve never met anyone who regretted not smoking).
