NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP SMOKING
We help people to stop smoking, but we also help heavy smokers to become light smokers – IF THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT. We have a book on this subject, and there are lots of pages you can read for free. You might be interested to do this before you come to our Pontypool hypnosis branch. Here is a tiny taster.
….. And there are health professionals who say that it’s just as hard to cut down your smoking as stop, so you might as well stop altogether. Excuse me? Are these people being serious? And there are smokers (actually ex-smokers rather) who say the same thing, that it’s no good cutting down, you just have to stop. Well, I’m not going to insult these people, I’m just going to say they are sadly deluded and you must pay them no heed whatever. You yourself might say you are an ‘all or nothing’ person (which I hear depressingly frequently) so you either smoke or you don’t. Well that’s nice for you, but please, get real. If you actually stop and think about that for more than two and a half seconds you will be ashamed that you even thought such hogwash, let alone said it out loud.
