NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP SMOKING
We help people to stop smoking, but we also help heavy smokers to become light smokers – IF THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT. We have a book on this subject, and there are lots of pages you can read for free. You might be interested to do this before you come to our Caerphilly hypnosis branch. Here is a small taster.
….. Now you now why it’s a good idea to smoke less (which I suspect you knew already but I hope I have helped to confirm it), and you are soon going to be working on doing just that, in Part Three, but before you do that I need you to read this part because there are things you need to know without which Part Three won’t make sense.
In your attempts to stop smoking you have probably hit a number of snags, including of course the addiction itself, and a variety of psychological issues, like the habit, like smoking to help with stress, like socialising and alcohol. I shouldn’t be surprised if you are confused about which of these issues has caused your failure, and if it helps, even though you are not now going to be stopping, I can tell you it’s all of these things, each one more or less for different people, but they all play a part in keeping you smoking.
