Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Crawley hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
You will need either two or three treatments. Our fee is inclusive of three.

….. Anyway, now I want you to try a little experiment, an experiment in succeeding. You can do it whether you have tried to stop before or not. Come on, it’s fun. Alright, fun might be an exaggeration, but would I ask you to do something I wouldn’t do myself?
It’s called The Smoke-Free Day. It’s a catchy name that fairly well encapsulates what it’s about, on account of you are going to have a complete day during which you don’t smoke. Oh well, I hear you say, is that it? Look, if I could stop, you say … yes but I didn’t say you are going to stop smoking, did I? In fact what you are specifically not going to do is stop smoking. If I wanted you to do that I would say so. What you are going to do is feel what it’s like not to smoke for a day. Oho, you say, I know what it’s like because I’ve already tried it. No you haven’t. What you’ve tried is not smoking for a day because you’re trying to stop smoking. What this is about is not smoking for a day because you are NOT going to stop smoking. Crazy? No, jam-packed with good sense.
