Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Ashford hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
Not provided here at the present time. The nearest service for this is our Canterbury acupuncture branch.
We hope to bring AM to Kent by the end of 2017.

When you have seen our Ashford hypnotherapist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.

This comes with three years of support from our AfterCare team. Phone the helpdesk the day after your session, because we will want to know if you need more help And don’t forget that if you need one we can arrange another session with our Ashford hypnotist.

….. Believe me I hear people who simply push someone to smoke again. They’re out there. They should be put up against a wall and shot, but sadly I don’t run the country so they get away with it. If you know anyone like that, you must avoid them. I don’t want to hear pathetic excuses about not wanting to upset them.
So what this project is about is removing yourself from the way of harm and setting up people around you who are going to give you the right help. Telling friends not to offer you cigarettes, even if you beg, telling your local tobacconist not to sell you any, even if you think that’s crazy; in short, not sabotaging yourself. By the time you finish reading this you are going to be taking this whole thing very much more seriously. You are going to be ready to go into the next project with a grim determination that you are not going to stumble at the first hurdle, because this matters, really matters, to you.
