Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Salford hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.

….. So what’s the answer? How do you resolve the problem of this seemingly never-ending control? Well, the first thing to do it to recognise it for what it is, to understand that as soon as you stop smoking tobacco is going to try to make you start again. The second thing is to read Part One again, all of it if you have to, as soon as you have stopped smoking, to arm yourself against believing the wrong things. And the third thing is to turn to Project 12 in Part Two and learn the Four Promises. And I do mean learn them, because I want you to have those promises in your head every waking minute. They are your unassailable armour against tobacco.
Most people feel good about stopping smoking, but I am going to make you a promise. You will, at some time, be challenged by the idea of smoking again. Once you stop, in fact the instant you stop, everything now is about staying stopped, and at the risk of repeating myself, understanding the issues I have been talking about in Part One is how you stay stopped.
