This fee will cover you for three treatments, although you might not need all three to stop smoking.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Before seeing our Ipswich hypnotherapist or acupuncturist, read the free sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:
….. Which brings me now to staying stopped. Stopped and staying stopped aren’t two separate subjects. Every smoker stops every day, at night, or even frankly between cigarettes. Everyone dies a non-smoker, because unless you die with a cigarette in your mouth you can’t know for sure that you would light another cigarette ever again. Interestingly, you could say you are only a smoker if you are actually smoking a cigarette. You might think this is logical argument gone mad but it isn’t. After all, if you have ever stopped before you will know that people say if you smoke just one cigarette it means you have started again. It’s nonsense of course but let’s take it at face value for now. If one cigarette means you are a smoker, doesn’t not smoking right now mean you are a non-smoker? It sounds crazy, even to me when I write it, but it’s unassailably logical.
