Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Gloucester hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
We have few appointments here. If you want to be seen soon, please consider our Cheltenham acupuncture branch.
We hope to bring AM to Gloucestershire by the end of 2017.

OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE
When you have seen our Gloucester hypnotherapist or acupuncturist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.
Gloucester Hypnotherapy AfterCare
This gives three years of support. We strongly advise you to call the helpdesk the day after your session. We will talk through how the session went, how you feel right now, and what, if anything, else we need to do.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Here’s a tiny snippet from the book. There are lots of pages you can read for free. Do it before you come to our Gloucester hypnotist or acupuncturist.
Just do it anyway.
If you are using, or planning to use, a drug product while you work though the Handbook, you need to look at the instructions you have been given with that product. When using an NRP it is normal to come off tobacco as soon as you start it. The idea of the NRP is to use it to maintain your addiction without the need to smoke. So what should you do if you are on an NRP or a psychotropic drug and you still feel the need to smoke? And does the idea of not smoking, as opposed to stopping smoking, work in this case?
Well, naturally, if you are using such a product and you still want to smoke you need to go back to the pharmacist who supplied it, or even the GP or nurse who prescribed it, because they should have the answers, or you can call the NHS smokers’ helpline, because being sponsored by the manufacturers they also should have the answers. Their number is at the end of the Handbook.

Acupuncture or hypnosis might not be what you’re looking for. If it isn’t, and you want to take pharmaceutical products to stop smoking, we suggest you see your GP.. You can also visit the NHS Smokefree website here.
