HAYWARDS HEATH HYPNOTHERAPY
Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Haywards Heath hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
HAYWARDS HEATH ACUPUNCTURE
This is an inclusive fee, and covers three treatments. We find this is enough for most patients to stop smoking.
We hope to bring AM to West Sussex by the end of 2017.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Here’s a snippet from the book. There are lots of pages you can read for free. Do this before coming to our Haywards Heath hypnosis or acupuncture branch.
….. Have you ever been on a long flight, say twelve hours to the US or India, or even longer to Australia or the Far East, and managed without smoking? Have you ever had flu and not smoked for two days? Have you ever gone to sleep and not smoked until the next morning? There are lots of times when you don’t smoke for a while, aren’t there? And you can do it because you know that afterwards you are going to smoke. Not smoking for a while is a necessity that has nothing to do with stopping, so it’s alright. If you knew you couldn’t smoke again, ever, when you got off the plane, now that would be completely different, wouldn’t it?
It is the fear of success, the fear of stopping smoking, that contributes to the immediate difficulty of not smoking. So the point of this exercise is to feel what it’s like not to smoke specifically with the certain knowledge that you are not stopping smoking, that in fact you are going to smoke for sure afterwards, and it has a quite remarkable effect on you. Not smoking for one complete day is something almost any smoker can do, unless you are a heavy smoker, say thirty or more each day, in which case for one day read half a day. No, I said thirty, not twenty. Don’t be such a wimp.
