THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK

Here is a small taster from the book. If you are going to come to our hypnotherapist in Bury, it’s a good idea to read the free sample pages first.

….. Asthmatics who stop smoking may find their asthma aggravated. Smokers who never had asthma may even develop it, for the first time in their lives, after stopping. This is because they no longer enjoy the short-term relief afforded by the smoke. We therefore consider it essential that allergy to smoke (where it exists) is treated at the same time as stopping smoking.

In practice this is easily brought about for those patients in The Phoenix Programme, because Addiction Neutralisation Therapy also reduces the allergy. Experience so far shows that patients who are neutralised for tobacco smoke do not develop asthma, and those who are already asthmatic get better, not worse.”

(With thanks to Dr DLJ Freed, MD)
