Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Bolton hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
Many patients stop smoking in two treatments. However, we provide a third, all included in this, to make sure.
We hope to bring AM to Lancashire by the end of 2017.

OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE
When you have seen our Bolton hypnotherapist or acupuncturist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.
Bolton Hypnotherapy AfterCare
This comes with three years of counselling support. Phone the helpdesk the day after your session, because we will want to know if you need any more help And don’t forget we will arrange for you to see our Bolton hypnotist again if necessary.

….. On the other hand, a lot of people have none of these symptoms at all. In fact some people get a sudden burst of energy when they stop smoking. Obviously, to a large extent how bad the detox symptoms are is going to depend on you, on how many you smoked, how strong they were, how long you smoked for, but also on your level of fitness, your diet and the amount of exercise you take.
And these are the key to detoxifying. We have known people start smoking again because of the detox symptoms they experienced, which is of course daft, but on the other hand if you don’t understand what it is and also you don’t know how long it might go on for you might easily be tempted. So we have some standard advice we give to our patients to help with detox-ification:
Fluid intake, preferably water, should be high
Get plenty of exercise, preferably outdoors
Take high-dose vitamin C and perhaps B-complex
Use the breathing exercise explained in Project 5.
