Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Stanmore hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
You will be having three treatments, about a week apart, all included for this fee.
We hope to bring AM to the area by the end of 2017.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Before you come to our Stanmore acupuncturist or hypnotherapist, read some free sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:
Fascinating Fact Number 7
Some women stop smoking when they get pregnant, but many don’t. Those who continue pass the nicotine they absorb with each cigarette to the foetus, which means the foetus is addicted, and dependent on the mother for each fix.
If the mother stops smoking during pregnancy, the foetus will go through withdrawal from nicotine. Does this mean it is better to carry on smoking? No. Because as far as I know medical staff are not trained to recognise nicotine withdrawal in a newborn baby, let alone treat it.
No-one, to our knowledge, has ever researched how much neo-natal distress has been caused by nicotine withdrawal.
It is therefore better to stop during pregnancy, where the foetus is getting well looked after. Of course, it is better still to stop before pregnancy and avoid the problem altogether.
