Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Hertford hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
Many patients manage to stop after just two treatments, but our fee covers three. Most patients come back for the third regardless.
We hope to bring AM to Hertfordshire by the end of 2017.

OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE
When you have seen our Hertford hypnotherapist or acupuncturist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling..
Hertford Hypnotherapy AfterCare
This gives three years of support. We advise you to call us the day after your session. We will talk through how the session went, how you feel right now, and what, if anything, we might do to help you further. A free follow-up session is available with our Hertford hypnotist, within 3 months.
Hertford Acupuncture AfterCare
We give three years of counselling and support with acupuncture. In addition to the long-term support, we like to talk with you after the first treatment. This is to assess your progress and ensure that our Hertford acupuncturist has feedback to prepare for your second treatment.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Before seeing our Hertford hypnotherapist or acupuncturist, you could usefully read the free sample pages on our website.
Here is a taster:
A small suggestion
People get terribly worked up about stopping smoking, before they do it, while they¹re doing it, and even after they’ve done it. I have spoken with I don’t know how many smokers in the process of stopping who feel trapped – they don’t want to go forward because it hurts, but they don’t want to go backward because they daren’t. We always say the same thing to these people. We remind them, or inform them even, that the reason they feel so stressed about it is NOT because they are stopping smoking. This surprises them, and it probably surprises you.
You are stressed because you STARTED smoking. It is smoking that has done this to you, not stopping. If you had never started you wouldn’t have to go through the process of stopping. Yes, you could forget the last section and blame yourself for starting, but that’s the point – it isn’t you, it’s tobacco. If tobacco hadn’t done this to you, you wouldn’t be in this position. So the sooner you come off it the sooner you get back your self-respect. Then, because you have regained control, you can decide never to let tobacco do that to you again.
TALK WITH OUR HYPNOTIST * FIRST
When you call us about hypnosis, or complete the enquiry form, we will contact you to discuss whether hypnotherapy is what you need. Once we are sure, we will have our Hertford hypnotist phone you. They are highly qualified, of course, but you will still want to see if you like them. Hypnotherapy is great, which is why we provide it, but your success will to some extent depend on your relationship with the hypnotist you see.
– or acupuncturist, as appropriate..
