THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Prior to seeing our Luton hypnotherapist, you should read the free sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:
….. My point? Well, firstly that you should of course do everything in your power not to start again once you’ve stopped and you can be certain I shall have something useful to say about that later, but for now I’ll tell you the big secret of not starting again.
It’s not actually about not starting again at all. It’s understanding that you might start again, because of what I’ve just been saying, but making a promise that if you ever do you will do something about it. I speak regularly with smokers who say they stopped once, or more than once, but they went back to it and now they’ve lost heart, lost faith in their ability ever to do it again. That’s not only terribly depressing but it’s also silly.
Because if you’ve stopped before and started again, yes, you’ve proved that you can start again but you’ve also proved something else, something far more important. That you can stop.
OTHER LUTON STOP SMOKING RESOURCES
Hypnotherapy might not be what you need. If it isn’t, and you want to take pharmaceutical products to stop smoking, we suggest you see your GP.. You can also visit the Luton Council Stop Smoking Service website here.
