THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Before seeing our Dereham hypnotherapist, you might like to read the sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:
….. Now I have to say something you are not going to like. Once a smoker, always someone who used to be a smoker. If you think that means once a smoker always a smoker it doesn’t. It means what it says. Being addicted, to anything, turns your brain to mush. Stopping smoking doesn’t unmush your brain. It can’t. The human brain is not capable of being hooked on a drug and then coming off it as if it was never on it in the first place. Your brain will remember smoking until the day you die. The tobacco companies know this. They know that a hell of a lot of people who came off their drug are going to go back on it. Without that they simply couldn’t make a profit.
