Most clients stop in a single session, but a free follow-up is provided within three months in the event that you have a problem. Our Grays hypnotherapist has bookings from Monday to Saturday, and you can also be seen in the evening.
Not provided here at the present time. We are planning a branch in this area and will update this page when it opens.
We hope to bring AM to Essex by the end of 2017.
SOME NOTES ABOUT OUR GRAYS HYPNOTHERAPIST, AND CLIENT COMMENTS
OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE
When you have seen our Grays hypnotist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling..
Grays Hypnotherapy AfterCare
We provide three years of counselling support. We strongly advise you to call the helpdesk the day after your session with our Grays hypnotist. We will talk through how the session went, how you feel right now, and what, if anything, else we need to do.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Before you see our Grays hypnotherapist, you might like to read the free sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:
Because I’ve got to die somehow
Come on, am I supposed to take that seriously? It’s the ultimate addict’s nonsense. If it doesn’t matter how you die, or even when, why do you look before you cross the road? Getting killed by a 38-tonne truck is, I promise you, a far easier and quicker way to die than waiting for your lungs to stop working.
So why does anyone even say it? Because they don’t want to face stopping, because they are afraid. Saying you’ve got to die somehow so why not enjoy it doesn’t make sense at all, because you don’t enjoy it, which you are going to have conclusively proven in the Handbook.
I’ve even had smokers say they might as well die doing something they enjoy, and then admit, practically in the same breath, that they don’t enjoy smoking. I ask you, is that the way an intelligent adult thinks?
OTHER GRAYS STOP SMOKING RESOURCES
Hypnotherapy might not be what you’re looking for. If it isn’t, and you want to take pharmaceutical products to stop smoking, we suggest you see your GP.. You can also visit the NELFT NHS website here.
