THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK
Before seeing our Wellingborough hypnotherapist, you might like to read the free sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:
….. You don’t want to stop smoking. You do want to be someone who doesn’t smoke. I know, I’m fussy about words, but that’s something you’re going to have to get used to, because if we don’t call a spade a spade we end up trying to dig the garden with a hoe. Or something.
Giving up, stopping, I could argue it comes to the same thing, going through something you don’t want to go through, losing something you believe in, even though you know you shouldn’t believe in it, so now you’re full of conflict but then drug taking, which, to call that spade by its true name is what we’re talking about here, is full of conflict. The tobacco companies legally sell a product that just doesn’t make any sense, the only product with a death threat printed on the pack that doesn’t stop people buying it. So if anyone knows it’s full of holes, it’s the pushers. They know very well what they’re doing to you and you suspect what they’re doing to you but you’re not completely convinced, which is how they get away with it.
