OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE

When you have seen our Stockton hypnotherapist or acupuncturist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling.

Stockton Hypnotherapy AfterCare

This gives three years of support. Call the helpdesk the day after your session. We will talk through how the session went, how you feel right now, and what, if anything, else we need to do. If you need more help, we can provide a second session with our Stockton hypnotist (within three months).

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK

Here is a very small taster of the book. If you are going to come to our hypnotherapist in Stockton-on-Tees, it’s a good idea to read the sample pages first.

….. If you habitually smoke in enjoyable situations, which you do, you are bound to have developed a belief that smoking is part of that enjoyment. Sadly, it isn’t. Even in that situation, it is still nothing more than drug-taking. We know this because people who don’t smoke enjoy those situations just as much. Unfortunately, over the years you have had this false information fed to your brain so many times it seems hard to let go of it. But let go of it you must.

I want you to think back, however many years it is, to when you first smoked. What I want to know is this: did you enjoy your first cigarette? Not the second one, the first one. If you think you did, this next bit doesn’t work, not because I’m wrong but because there was an extenuating fact, most likely that someone in your household smoked and you were already addicted by passive smoking, so it proves nothing.

OTHER STOCKTON STOP SMOKING RESOURCES

Therapy might not be what you’re looking for. If it isn’t, and you want to take pharmaceutical products to stop smoking, we suggest you see your GP.. You can also visit your local NHS website here.
