OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE

When you have seen our Aylesbury hypnotherapist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling..

Aylesbury Hypnotherapy AfterCare

This gives three years of support. We strongly advise you to call the helpdesk the day after your session. We will talk through how the session went, how you feel right now, and what, if anything, else we need to do.

A STOP-SMOKING TIP

If you are like the average smoker, you would probably like to find out how successful our Aylesbury hypnosis service is. It’s a pretty normal question. It’s not, though, as good as you might think. We could answer it but how would you know if our answer is truthful? You wouldn’t. This is why we don’t answer the question, and it’s why no smoking cessation therapist should. To answer is making a claim, and making a claim you can’t prove is not ethical.

So how, in fact, do we respond to the question? Well, we give what we believe is not only an ethical answer but also a more helpful one. One that actually gives the smoker advice they can use. Our tip to you is to think about this advice.

First, Consider which therapy you need. Seeing our Aylesbury hypnotist because a friend did may sound sensible but is it? Well, yes, up to a point, but before you do that think about why you can’t stop smoking. Does hypnotherapy resolve those specific issues? If you’re not sure, ask for our advice.

Then, make sure the Aylesbury hypnotist you book with is properly qualified and experienced. Naturally, if you are coming to National Stop Smoking Centres that is a given.

So far so good, but what about support? Far too many people imagine that once they have stopped smoking it’s going to be like they never smoked. That they can just forget about it. That is true in many cases, but sadly not all. It is normal to experience problems, to hit triggers to smoke, at some time. Long-term support is important, so please don’t underestimate it. You will have three years of telephone support and counselling with our NSSC AfterCare service. Do use it.

And while we’re on the subject, here is a question for you. How successful have you been stopping smoking with pharmaceutical products? Well, since you’re here, the answer surely is that you haven’t. You may think you are looking at therapy as a last resort, but we need to say something about that. Therapy ALWAYS works better than drugs. Do not worry about your past failures. They have nothing to do with the future.
