OUR GUARANTEED AFTERCARE SERVICE

When you have seen our Loughborough hypnotherapist we will enrol you in our NSSC AfterCare programme. The support that comes with each therapy is different, although in each case it provides access to our unlimited help by telephone counselling..

Loughborough Hypnotherapy AfterCare

This gives three years of support. We strongly advise you to call the helpdesk the day after your session with our Loughborough hypnotist. We will talk through how the session went, how you feel right now, and what, if anything, else we need to do.

THE NSCI STOP SMOKING HANDBOOK

Before seeing our Loughborough hypnotherapist, you might like to read the free sample pages on our website.
Here is a very small taster:

….. In fact, it’s getting worse. Regulations about not smoking in buildings mean that more and more people are hanging round outside, on the pavement, smoking, being seen by children who wouldn’t have seen them before when they were safely inside the pub or the office, places where children don’t go. It’s a kind of bonus for the tobacco companies.

The children just don’t stand a chance. And neither, come to that, do you, because you see all these things too. Go into a sweetshop to buy a newspaper and you will see the cigarettes displayed, and what that says to you is that it’s normal because if it weren’t it wouldn’t be allowed, and this militates against everything your brain has been saying about stopping. You know you’re not supposed to smoke, but the messages you get all day, in the newsagent’s, in the street, wherever, is that smoking is normal.

OTHER LOUGHBOROUGH STOP SMOKING RESOURCES

Therapy might not be what you’re looking for. If it isn’t, and you want to take pharmaceutical products to stop smoking, we suggest you see your GP.. You can also visit the NHS Leicestershire County website here.
